Description
Our Margarita is created with Cazcabel Tequila, a 100% blue agave tequila from the remote fields of Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico. We use Cazcabel tequila as the foundation of the recipe because of its distinctive field-to-glass approach. Cazcabel grows its agave on its own family estate, monitoring the plants carefully and harvesting them by hand only when they have reached full maturity. After harvesting, the land is rested for at least two years to help restore its nutrients.
The agave is traditionally slow-cooked in brick ovens before being milled, fermented and double-distilled in copper-lined stills. Cazcabel also reuses agave fibres as compost, treats wastewater and powers most of its distillery using solar energy.
We take this characterful tequila and carefully balance it with the citrus, sweetness and dilution required for a truly remarkable Margarita.

A vibrant, smooth, and well-balanced tequila, with a slight hint of citrus and plenty of earthy agave.
Cazcabel Reposado
A dry, earthy, aged tequila with a touch of eucalyptus and hints of white pepper, caramel, and toasted oak.

Kocktail was born out of a desire to experience our favourite cocktails from the comfort of home. Unable to find anything that tasted as good as it should we decided to take matters into our own hands.
