Tasting Notes

Aromas of toasted almond and lemon zest open the glass, followed by smooth, nutty amaretto, warm bourbon and bright, citrusy lift. The finish is soft and balanced - rich, tangy and effortlessly moreish.

How To Serve

We've done most of the hard work, but the final flourish is down to you.

  1. Fill your favourite cocktail shaker with ice, we recommend about two thirds full.
  2. Pour 100ml of out Kocktail into the cocktail shaker.
  3. Pop the lid on, make sure you're holding on tight, and shake as hard as you can for 10-15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker turns frosty.
  4. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. For best results double strain through a fine strainer to ensure your drink is soft and creamy and void of ice chips.
  5. Garnish in the traditional manner, a maraschino cherry
