Tasting notes
Deep notes of caramel and vanilla rise from the glass, followed by soft oak and a whisper of spice. The palate is rich and warming, with the bourbon’s full body carried by gentle sweetness and a balanced, bitters edge. It finishes long, smooth and satisfyingly dry.
How to serve
We've done most of the hard work, but the final flourish is down to you. Fill a beaker with ice, we recommend about two thirds full. Pour 100ml of out Kocktail into the beaker. Stir gently with a bar spoon for 20-30 seconds, or until the outside of the beaker turns frosty. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish in the traditional manner, orange peel.
