If we were to recommend one drink to sip whilst adding the finishing touches to your Christmas tree, we think our Winter Spice Negroni might just be the one.

We haven’t messed around with the equal measures of gin, campari and sweet vermouth, as we know a classic when we see one but we couldn’t help adding some festive cheer with just a dash of warm and rich spiced winter flavours.

This drink is boozy enough to turn even Santa’s nose red. So switch the tree lights on, light a few candles, sit back and dream of a white Christmas.

How To Serve

We've done most of the hard work, but the final flourish is down to you.

For shaken drinks...

  1. Fill your favourite cocktail shaker with ice, we recommend about two thirds full.
  2. Pour 100ml of out Kocktail into the cocktail shaker.
  3. Pop the lid on, make sure you're holding on tight, and shake as hard as you can for 10-15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker turns frosty.
  4. Strain into a coupé or martini glass. For best results double strain through a fine strainer to ensure your drink is soft and creamy and void of ice chips.
  5. Garnish in the traditional manner

For stirred drinks...

  1. Fill your favourite rocks glass with ice, we recommend filling right to the top.
  2. Pour 100ml of Kocktail into your ice filled glass
  3. Stir to chill the drink
  4. Garnish in the traditional manner
