Tasting Notes

A warming, winter-ready lineup. Expect bold espresso and festive spice in the Gingerbread Espresso Martini; bittersweet orange and clove in the Winter Spiced Negroni; dried fruit and soft oak in the Mince Pie Old Fashioned; and rich almond with bright citrus in the Amaretto Sour. Bold, balanced and unmistakably seasonal.

How To Serve

We've done most of the hard work, but the final flourish is down to you.Chill each 100ml bottle in the fridge

  • Shake or stir depending on the cocktail
  • Shake: Espresso Martini, Amaretto Sour
  • Stir: Negroni, Old Fashioned
  • Serve in appropriate glassware (martini, rocks or coupe)
  • Garnish if desired — orange twist, coffee beans, or festive spice
