Tasting Notes

Bold espresso and dark cocoa on the nose, followed by rich coffee, silky vodka and the festive warmth of gingerbread. Notes of cinnamon, clove and caramel biscuit add a gently spiced sweetness, while the finish is smooth, long and indulgent.

How To Serve

We've done most of the hard work, but the final flourish is down to you.

  1. Fill your favourite cocktail shaker with ice, we recommend about two thirds full.
  2. Pour 100ml of out Kocktail into the cocktail shaker.
  3. Pop the lid on, make sure you're holding on tight, and shake as hard as you can for 10-15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker turns frosty.
  4. Strain into a coupé or martini glass. For best results double strain through a fine strainer to ensure your drink is soft and creamy and void of ice chips.
  5. Garnish in the traditional manner, three coffee beans
