Our version of the classic ruby red Italian cocktail, the Negroni, is made using Hepple Gin, from the remote hills of Northumberland, the true taste of wild juniper! To this we add Carpano, the original vermouth and finally Campari, the unique bitter taste at the heart of every Negroni.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant citrus and pine aromas open the glass, with a fragrant twist of orange peel and fresh juniper from Hepple Gin. The palate delivers a bold, bittersweet interplay of Campari’s signature bitterness and the smooth, herb-rich sweetness of sweet vermouth. The texture is silky yet assertive, with a crisp, lingering finish that balances depth and brightness.

How To Serve

We've done most of the hard work, but the final flourish is down to you.

  1. Fill a beaker with ice, we recommend about two thirds full.
  2. Pour 100ml of out Kocktail into the beaker.
  3. Stir gently with a bar spoon for 20-30 seconds, or until the outside of the beaker turns frosty.
  4. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
  5. Garnish in the traditional manner, orange peer.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. We find that they offer a very reliable service at a price point that means we can still offer a free delivery option.
