Mix up some Margs

Mix up some Margs

The 24th of July marks National Tequila Day, so gather up your amigos and get your best shakin' skills out, it's time to mix up some Margaritas!

The classic Margarita has found its way into the cocktail shakers of some of the finest bars in the world since its creation. Our new Strawberry & Lychee Margarita loves a fiesta and will be the star of any celebration. From shaken to frozen, rimmed with salt or a slice of lime, serve it up however you fancy.

Our Strawberry & Lychee Margarita is made using a delicious blend of Pueblo Viejo Tequila, Briottet Lychee Liqueur, a splash of lime and big, bold, summery flavours of strawberry. With it's impressive reputation of maintaining a leading position in the Tequila industry for over 130 years since 1886, we're proud to use Pueblo Viejo Tequila in our twist on the Mexican classic!

The Margarita’s history is somewhat lost in the sands of time. It was in 1953 that Esquire Magazine published the first mention of a truly modern Margarita. Their description of the drink is unsurprisingly, somewhat less modern - “She’s from Mexico, Senores, and her name is the Margarita Cocktail – and she is lovely to look at, exciting and provocative”.

You're not wrong there...

How to serve your Strawberry & Lychee Margarita cocktail:

Fill a shaker with ice, pour 100ml per serving into the ice-filled shaker, shake for 10 seconds, garnish with a salt rim or slice of lime
