Limited 'Jubilee Edition' English Garden Martini

We're over the moon to announce the launch of our limited edition English Garden Martini, in collaboration with Hepple Spirits.

Designed by our head cocktail curator and former senior barman at The Savoy’s Beaufort Bar, Neil Donachie, this special cocktail is limited to just 70 hand numbered bottles, to mark the Queen's 70th year.

Hepple Gin has been expertly mixed with dry vermouth, elderflower and rhubarb liqueurs and our own house made cucumber and rose tea. This martini is an exceptionally stylish and elegant serve and is the perfect accompaniment to mark the memorable occasion this June.

This collaboration is the perfect opportunity for two like minded companies to come together to create something truly special.

From Hepple's ancient juniper bushes in the wilds of Northumberland to our Kocktail development bar - this limited edition martini has been laboured over, improved, tweaked and most importantly, taste tested.

We're confident it represents the core truths behind both businesses - a passion for quality, provenance and good times.

Hepple's story began in Northumberland, on the hills of Hepple, one of Britain's last sancturaries for Juniper. Hepple wanted their Juniper to taste as alive in the glass as it is on the hill, this is why it takes five times longer to make Hepple Gin than a conventional gin.

To capture the true taste of juniper, they had to rethink every stage of the gin-making process. The team at Hepple knew that while conventional distillation is magnificent at smoothing and cleaning the spirit, it can destroy delicate flavours because it occurs at 80 degrees. This required them to go beyond conventional distillation into the realms of vacuum distillation, supercritical extraction, ultrasonics and other high-precision flavour techniques.
