The Eastern Standard Cocktail is one of the famous Soho House groups’ House Tonic cocktails. The Eastern Standard is based on the Eastside, a drink which in turn was inspired by the Southside: gin-based cocktails both allegedly drunk by opposing New York mobsters during prohibition.
Soho House is a group of private members' clubs originally aimed at those in the arts, politics, and media. The original location is at 40 Greek Street, Soho, London. The company now operates clubs, hotels and venues all around the world.
A zingy little number with cucumber, lime and mint, the Eastern Standard is enjoyed in Soho House Bars from Shoreditch to Mumbai, and now, thanks to us, the comfort of your own home too!
