Chet Baker

A famous drink created in 2005 by Sam Ross, one of our favourite bartenders who’s known for developing cocktail programs and teaches regularly about the craft of classic cocktails. In 2004, Ross took his show on the road for the bright lights of New York City. He started working with Sasha Petraske and was part of the opening bar team at both Little Branch and the East Side Company Bar. It was through working with Petraske that Ross became tuned into the art form of the classic cocktail, before taking his skills with him to the famous Milk & Honey cocktail bar.
Chet Baker is a Milk and Honey modern classic. The bar was originally founded in New York City in December 1999, with another location in Soho, London founded by Sasha Petraske.
